Nothing provided through the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. The AI CFO Advisor is a technology tool, not a licensed financial professional. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions based on information provided by the Service.
You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and store Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You represent that you have the right to upload and share any content you provide to the Service, and that your content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

The Service, including its design, features, algorithms, AI models, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is owned by SmarterSwipe Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
"SmarterSwipe," "SmarterCFO," and associated logos are trademarks of SmarterSwipe Inc. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMARTERSWIPE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SmarterSwipe, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
